Is a non-Government and non-profit organization based in Rwanda, dedicated to empowering high performing students who face financial, health, or social barriers. We believe that talent exists everywhere but opportunity doesnāt. Our mission is to bridge that gap.
Our Mission
We ensure uplift the next generation of Rwandaās leaders by providing educational resources, mentoring, school meals, and healthcare support-ensuring that every bright student has a chance to shine.

Founding Vision
HIRO Foundation was established in response to the growing need for educational support among underprivileged youth. Our founders recognized that many bright students faced barriers that hindered their academic potential. With a commitment to creating opportunities, our journey began with a small group of passionate individuals dedicated to making a difference.
Growth and Development
Over the years, HIRO Foundation has grown from a local initiative to a recognized nonprofit organization. Our programs have expanded to include mentorship, scholarships, and educational workshops, reaching hundreds of students each year. This growth reflects our unwavering commitment to empowering young learners and fostering their success.
